Paderno Lightweight Carbon Steel Skillet 10.5"
Carbon steel seasons like cast iron is less than half the weight, wont chip or crack and transfers heat faster for scrambling and searing.
10.5" dia.
13.4 oz.
These are carbon steel baking dishes that work perfectly with a pot gripper ( sold separately ) to make a truly lightweight skillet that can be seasoned and become non stick like cast iron.
This is a good large size skillet.
Also used for baking in a reflector oven.

I have the smaller version of this pan and I'm all set to use this one (I can toss in more bacon, biscuits and/or tomatoes!).

Excellent pan! Seasons very easily, love the simplicity! Great size when out with the children for multiple eggs, pancakes, etc. Great shipping, very fast! Thanks Ben!
