This knife I purchased to keep as a solid utility knife with the ability to act as a trustworthy bushcraft knife if necessary. It is lite and reliable. I leave it in a daypack in my truck and I don't fear leaving it there and risk it being stolen like a custom knife. At this price I recommend purchasing a few. They make a great gift when you see a friend struggling with an inferior knife in the field.
