I bought this knife to do basic outdoor living skills and some carving. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of Kellam knives (especially for the price). The stacked birch handle is very comfortable and I haven’t experienced any hot spots when carving for a length of time. The leather sheath is well made and the knife fits securely in place with a distinctive ‘pop’ when nesting. Long story short, you won’t be disappointed.
