This is my second JRE sheath and I think they are great. I use a military style fire steel and it fits the sheath perfect. The other JRE sheath is for a Bushcraft Black and is a golden tan color. This one is a beautiful chocolate color. I got this to wear around my neck. The belt loop is really tight and would have to be stretched to fit the thick belts I wear but I won't use it that way, not that tight on my first one and I use it on a belt. This will form to fit my Trapper perfect. Super quality sheath. The original Enzo sheath had poor sewing but good leather. This JRE has it beat by a mile. Besides, this comes with Ben's unbeatable customer service. Your money will be well spent on this piece of gear and probably last forever.

I bought this sheath for my Enzo Trapper and am happy with the purchase... the fire steel loop is a nice addition. I will add a dangler and would suggest this as an option on the website. This is a good price on quality leather... it's a solid value.

This is a nice thick sheath that is well stitched and well finished. Very attractive. It's just a smidge shorter than I would have liked but works even for the Mora HighQ Robust trade knife I have. I think it's a large knife as Mora's go. You have to stretch it a bit at first but no problem. The reason for the 4 stars is that the belt strap is riveted on instead of stitched.I piggy backed it onto the front of another much larger sheath. Works great. If you have a regular sized Mora it will be perfect for it. Recommended.

I wasn't sure that I wanted to pay more for a knive sheath than I payed for the knife. I like leather sheaths, much better than plastic. The fit was perfect for both the knife and the Light My Fire Army Firesteel. I love the idea that I can have both a cutting tool and a fire starter in one place. I have worn the sheath both as a neck knife and on my belt. I do prefer it on my belt, but it is nice to have an option. It was well worth the money.

I took the plunge had purchased my very first Companion Mora knife. I have heard so much about this bush craft knife that I wanted to see what all of the hype was about. This is not hype but straight forward truth of the knife and sheath. The speed of service is unbelievable and the quality of this product is incredible. Now what really sets this knife off is the bush craft style sheath with a fire steel loop. A perfect pair, great quality and for an EDC or the main go to response knife. I have no regrets.

This is by far the best knife sheath I have, or for that matter ever seen. Made from very thick and sturdy first class leather, it's functionality is fantastic. It holds and protects my knife very well. This is my second sheath I have ordered fro Ben's...the first was for my Mora MG, this last sheath I got to see if it would hold my Condor Bushlore Bushcraft knife, and it does, perfectly. When they first arrive, they are Tan, and stiff, to get the knife into. But as a standard practice I apply 2-3 coats of my Honing Oil,and after a week or 2 add another coat. The leather darkens just a little ( I prefer lighter Tan leathers), and the knife comes out smoothly, and quietly, yet it still holds the knife secure as needed. The fact that these sheaths will hold a larger Fire steel, is a great added bonus! I have both my Mora and Condor sheaths loaded with a nice large and easily functional fire steel, and it makes the sheath look even sharper than it already does. These sheaths have a fantastic classic look, and being somewhat old school, they more than meet my preference for this greaat style. The leather work itself is second to none, and adds class and a look of quality that can't be missed....even with just a casual glance, or a very close inspection.
Even though I have enough Bushcraft knives, and the Ben's sheaths to go with them, I find that when I look at knives now, I look for sizes that will fit one of Ben's standard sized sheaths....sadly, I don't have the money for a custom sheath, even though I have several (3) knives that could use one.
I would and have recommended these sheaths to my friends and my best buddy from childhood, and will continue to do so......so, If you have a need for a handsome and durable sheath, go for it, and you won't be dissapointed, I guarantee!!!

will this fit the mora military knife?
Answer, You should be able to stretch it to fit the old 760mg military model....otherwise it is a excellent fit for the companion/clipper style handle and also the HD version....thanks Ben
