GSI Halulite Tea Kettle
This is a nice compact Hard Anodized lightweight kettle, coud be used with a stove or has a bail to hang over a fire...
If you plan on cooking over a fire with these like I do, it might be a good idea to peel the rubber off of the bail or it may melt.
As a side note...This kettle will nest inside a 16cm Zebra Billy

Love my Zebra Billy Pot. I rank this as one of the top buys I made a for camping. However it was missing one thing, a decent pour spout. I kind of got tired of boiling water for my coffee and spilling some water during the transfer between the pot and cup. Plus the way the handle is set on the Billy Pot was built more for suspension of the pot over a fire rather than pouring from it.
Enter the GSI Hallulite Tea Kettle. Perfect for boiling water for your coffee. The pour spout is excellent for pot to cup transfer. You're not going to lose any water. The handle of this kettle not only allows suspension over a fire, but also is set excellent for pouring.
This is also a light kettle so its not going to weigh you down allot, especially if you are carrying it along with your Zebra Billy pot. There is also allot of room inside the kettle for storing some essential items while on route to your destination. Inside mine I carry a Mini Trangia pot stand and Trangia burner which this pot works excellently with. There is some room to spare. I have also used this kettle with a canister and white gas stove. I sometimes carry these alternative methods of cooking for non-bushcraft outings.
This is a very versatile kettle and a must for anybody's kit. You'll love it and use it allot.
I highly recommend this kettle.
