As a mountain backpacker in higher elevations you are always trying to trim weight. This sheath is excellent both in quality and weight. I removed the dangler loop (easy) and added paracord for neck carry. Neck carry works well with an 80L backpack with waist straps where belt carry is not practical. I always have my Mora Companion and firesteel handy while backpacking. Retention is excellent, the foldover taco style sheath trims weight along with firesteel mount on the front and provides a nice slim overall package. For this price it is a bargain. I love the Bible verses on your website too. Always a plus to buy from believers.

After receiving my C2G Kydex Sheath I felt the need to order a Blade Tec-Loc with hardware (approx. 11 bucks) adjustable up to 2 inch belts. I attached it to my sheath for a left side - right hand cross-draw. Now I'm able to use it while driving and when hiking I set it on my right side hip with leg lanyard. This one of the finest Made in the USA sheaths you will want to own. Brightest Blessings and as always to you Ben (FFFF) Flags, Flax, Fodder and Frigg. Thank you Bro!

This is a first rate sheath for my Mora HD. The firesteel loop was a titch large for the 3/8" rod but that was easily rectified with the wife's blow dryer. Attachment points are sufficient and sturdy. I would recommend this sheath to any Mora owner. It's a big upgrade!

The sheaths are great, it just holds the knife a little too securely. I removed the belt retainer and cut off the small piece of extending kydex, used a dremel tool to smooth it out.then finished things off with a bit of 600 grit wet/dry sand paper. I hit the opening with my heat gun and flexed it outwards just a little. The knife now hangs around my neck (upside-down) and its locked in securley, but you don't need to be a muscle man to remove it from the sheath.

I really love my new Mora kydex sheath! It holds the knife securely, weighs nothing, and the ability to carry a fire steel is an added bonus!!!! I highly recommend this sheath!
